Marilyn was referred to me via another client.  I have performed her billing and collections for several years now resulting in a large savings for her every month.  In addition, I maintain her bookkeeping records so that at tax time, I present her annual reports which she takes to her accountant.  We use Quickbooks online and TherapyAppointments.com for management of her busy practice and finances.

Heidi has been my VA for a while now and since my business has evolved, so has our working relationship. At one time Heidi was efficiently creating pay buttons for my sales pages and organising my email subscription list. I’m delighted to say that she still handles that beautifully but now also creates eye catching ezines for me, handles my emails, sorts out my subscription lists and organises my diary service.
